We come to eat here every once in a while and the service is okay. However today at around 4:30 I came in with my family, the lady taking our order was EXTREMELY rude. My child was ordering food and she turned to my other child who had not yet ordered anything and said "your gonna have to tell me what you want now because how am I supposed to know" with a very bad attitude. Then she also had an attitude with her coworker who by the way delt with it well. Usually the service is better but I was disappointed this time, I was about to just walk out.

Avoid this place. The subway employee treated us very rudely after we politely asked for help. When confronted about her rude behavior she became unruly and refused to provide her name. I requested the manager's information and she refused to give me their name or number. Once I took a picture to have proof of who was treating my family so rudely, she threatened to call the police on me. Overall the rolling of the eyes, attitude, poor language and yelling will ensure we never come back!

I ordered food for my family on a Sunday around 11:30 AM and drove the food 10 miles home. I discovered the bread was stale, likely multiple days old, and had an odd smell. I called and they asked me to bring the food back. I was not going to waste gas and they refused to compensate unless I brought back their mistake. We threw the stale food away. After contacting Subway Headquarters they contacted the owner who REFUSES to make good on the purchase. I was told by the manager that they use all their old bread up to save money and that the owner demands this practice from them. Meanwhile the $20.00 I spent there is not refunded. I would not eat their for fear of getting sick from stale or marginal food!!!
